With international experience as the Deputy Training Coordinator for Gorazde Canton in the United Nations Mission in Bosnia & Herzegovina (UNMIBH), he has a strong background in training and development. He holds certifications as a Trainer from the United States Department of Justice (UNDOJ) and as a Master Trainer from the United Kingdom Department for Funding International Development (DFID). He founded the first Mahila Paramarsh Kendra (Woman Counselling Centre) in Indore in 1994, providing support and guidance to women. He is also a columnist for leading Hindi dailies such as Naidunia (in Madhya Pradesh) with his column "CYBER SENSE" and Patrika (in Rajasthan) with his column "CYBER SENSITIVITY." Moreover, he has received several prestigious accolades, including the FICCI SMART Policing Award in 2022 for his cyber security education project called "Project Cy-Cops." He holds records in the World Book of Records London for conducting the maximum number of cyber security awareness workshops worldwide in 2018 and for reopening and solving the maximum number of cold murder cases by any one police officer globally in 2020.
